RachelLee Blackburn is a patient-focused social worker who believes in helping her patients by empowering them. She has been a resident of Ironton her whole life and is passionate about helping the community that raised her.
Blackburn spent time in Columbus before starting graduate school, but always intended to move home to Lawrence County and help change the lives of the people of the community. She is focused on helping anyone with any problem they may have. She believes in help through empowerment of the patient.
Blackburn obtained her undergraduate degree from Ohio University and her graduate degree from Case Western Reserve University.
