Porter, a native of Ironton, has over seven years of experience at Marshall Health and her specialty is common mental health disorders for children and adolescents. By utilizing the skills from her experience as a psychiatrist at Marshall Pediatrics, as well as her career as a professor at Marshall University, Hilary plans to do everything she can to help the youth of Lawrence County.
